You can use a fill-in field, bookmark it, and then cross-reference the bookmark text. Save as template.

Or you can insert a text formfield with 'Calculate on exit' checked.
Then, in all the other places, reference the formfield with a field:
-Press Ctrl+F9
-Type the name of the text formfield
-Click away from the field

Ctrl+F9 toggles on and off the display of field codes.
