I don't understand the question. People will fill in a word doc and you want the header duplicated whenever there's a merger. Why do you want to duplicate the header and where do you want to put the copy? should it still be a header? Is the macro supposted to automatically run when there is a merger? across the next company? How will it know? And please explain what part the database of 1000 people plays in this.
