1) In the hotmail Click the Manage drop-down menu at the center of the window, then click the Export option.
2)This will automatically generate a CSV file of your Hotmail contacts, which will prompt you to save or open the file on your computer. Choose the option to save the file to your computer.
3) Go to Outlook>>click on top-left icon(to the left of www.outlook.com), click people>> Click Import contacts
(Move your contacts over by importing them from Google, Yahoo! and other services.)>> choose the last option(other)>> Provide the excel(csv) file that you just downloaded from the hotmail.>>click upload>> done
