Sorry I got back to you a week later. Hopefully you get this. I had a chance to test the code today.

There seems to be an error on the last portion of the code:

Oshp.TextFrame.Characters(CountData).Insert String:=(dws.Cells(CheckRow, UseCol).Value & vbLf)

I am getting the error message: "Application Defined or Object Defined error"

I ran through the code and understand most of it, but am not sure why its not working? Maybe you can help... Thank you
