Good evening everyone,
I'm a DOD employee, and I'm trying to set up Outlook 2013 so I'm able to use my government email, but I'm running into one major problem. Every guide I read has a step where I select my smart card certificates, and then press the "Publish to GAL" button, and all of the sudden email works. However, my case isn't that easy -- the darn "Publish to GAL" button does not appear!

I've run outlook in administrator mode. I've uninstalled Office 2013, and installed Office 2007, and now have re-installed 2013. Nothing seems to be working! I've scoured the internet for hours now, and no one has a solution on how to get that darn button back; do any of you?
