Outlook 2010 worked on web not not on PC

I use an email from my provider and Outlook as my email software. Use it on the web all the time on my ipads and on PC at work. Today logged in at work and when I came home and opened Outlook on my PC it wont send or receive.

No changes made to my info only thing I did was use the web version.

Any ideas?
