Hey y'all....I'm an avid mixed media journalist and would like to use my new Surface Pro 3 for creating digital journals with OneNote. My question is, if I have an art image that I would usually glue on to a paper page, can I also use such an image in OneNote as a page background and handwrite on top of it?
