Hello Mkn,

if you have swedish and english in the same text then what you can do is to select the part of the text that you have in Swedish and from Tools - Spell check check the Swedish language. When you switch to the English part of the document, just do the same but with English.

In the case you want to create separate documents then create separate templates or when you start typing your text, do not forget to set the appropriate language. Before that press CTRL + A (select all) so you are sure all elements are marked in that language to avoid confusion in the future when the document gets little longer.

But if you completely miss the swedish language then, as Kimberly wrote above, you have to purchase a language pack that also contains spell checks in swedish language.
