The image virtually fills the page, so you will not have much scope to move it and keep all of it in view, but insert the cursor in the image, left click and drag the image where you want it to go.

I note that the image appears to be a CD label. I would caution against sticking paper labels on CD/DVD. These can result in out of balance forces when the disc is rotating at high speed sufficient, in some circumstances, to destroy the player.
