I have no way, short of some third-party program, to do this.
However, it is relatively easy to set keyboard shortcuts to switch, though.

I use two keyboards on a regular basis and have set Alt+Left Shift+1 for one keyboard and Alt+Left Shift+0 for the other. This is a Windows keyboard setting.
