Default Index Match Function across different worksheets

Hi
I have 12 sheets every sheet present a month
Every sheet have the following table (all sheets have the same table)
Column A for Date
Column B for Name
Column C for Quantity

Also I have summary sheet that present the higher quantity using MAX formula that crossing on all the sheets

I would like an Index Match formula to search the name or the date of the quantity in C2
