Default How do I get contacts sync'd between Outlook 2013 and hotmail
I have just set up my sisters Outlook client on her windows 8.1 laptop, and she also has a hotmail account that contains her contacts. I cannot find a way to synchronise those hotmail contacts with her Outlook contacts. I can see lots of ways of synchronising between Outlook and iCloud, Gmail etc, but I cannoy see how to do it with hotmail.

It ought to be simple - they are both MS after all.

Any suggestions, please
