Excel Calendar in a worksheet
I have recently developed a spreadsheet in Excel 2010 that calculates the cost of a tour that is limited by the number of days which are 5, 7 and 13. The attachment makes this clearer.
In the same spreadsheet is an excel calendar which I want updated using a function if the tour dates = 5 or 7 or 13.
The update to the calendar must be by colour which I have shown in the attachment called "test spreadsheet."
Using the attachment I have booked a 5 day tour between the dates 4-8 May 2015. When I do that I want the dates in the calendar to be coloured "red." I have shown two other examples for 7 days between 11 and 17 May 2015 (colour = "yellow") and 13 days between 25 May and 5 June 2015 (colour = "green").
I need a formula which updates the excel calendar when the dates are shown for 5 or 7 or 13 day tours.
