I'm using Windows 7 64bit, and running Office 2013. The issue I have is that I have some shared mailboxes in my account and I normally have an "All Documents" shortcut in my "Favourites". Now when I'm not in cached mode the "All Documents" shortcut is showing in the "Favourites" but as soon as I drop it into cached mode it disappears..... is there a way of making it stay in cached mode???
