Hi,

I just wanna ask why the size of my outlook.ost is not updating, it is still 200 MB but the size of the mailbox is only around 20 mb.? I checked the folder is well synchronize to the server.
I mean when I go to: C:\Users\frank\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook the size is 200 MB, while when I right click mailbox > Properties for "Mailbox - Frank" > Folder size > the size is only 20 MB.

Please help.
