Default Outlook VBA Script

Hi,

I do not know how to write VBA script at all. I was hoping someone could set me up with the basic bones of a script I would like to run in the background of my outlook. The rules are complicated so I would like directions on how to copy sections of the script to apply it to more people.

I have 13 sales managers with many different store numbers. I would like to set up a rule for outlook to look for a variety of numbers tied to different sales managers then forward the message to them and copy the forwarded email into a common folder.

For example,

9066, 9067, 9180, 9186, 1234, 5678, etc. belong to Sales manager, jane@example.com. I would like outlook to look for one of these numbers ex. 9066 (not 9066111 or 1119066, I want it to be exclusive to 9066) if it finds one of the number strings to then scan the email for 1 1(Not satisfied at all) - 5(Very satisfied)

If it finds both the store number and the
1 1(Not satisfied at all) - 5(Very satisfied) I want to forward the message to the correct Sales Manager ex. jane@example.com and put in a common folder ex. FW Surveys so I know what has been sent out. But I want this rule to be applied to multiple Sales Managers.

Example

9066, 9067, 9180, 9186, 1234, 5678 belong to jane@example.com
9056, 9123, 9157, 9407 belong to mike@example.com
9131, 9149, 9174, 9220 belong to susan@example.com

I want to be able to set this up for 13 different sales managers
