Default Customizing number of lines per page
Hello,

I am submitting a manuscript to a journal. They specify the following:

Manuscripts must be on A4 size pages, in 12 pt font size, with 24 to 28 lines per page, and with all-round margins of 30 mm.

I can't seem to get 24-28 lines per page with the other settings in place. I am stuck at 17 lines per page. Help Thanks so much in advance
