Videos will not run in PowerPoint 2007
I have a problem with PowerPoint from Office Home & Student running on a Dell optiplex running Windows 7 Professional 32 bit. I cannot get video clips using AVI or WMV to run in PowerPoint, they run correctly on my PC also running Windows 7 Professional 64 bit but Office 2003 Professional.
The Videos run perfectly in Windows Media Player on the Dell PC so I don’t think codec’s are missing. I have also tried loading the videos as objects but this doesn’t work either.
The Dell has recently had Windows 7 repaired and Office Home & Student reinstalled.
