Hi!
I want to make a questionaire where the recipients should fill out a form (as answer to the question I ask) and then press a predefined button in the message to send this answer back to me. This is not predefined answers, but answers that they need to answer with creativity.

For example:
How can you describe yourself as a professional with three short sentences?

Then leave them three lines to fill in (as a form), and add a send-button that has a predefines function (to send the answer back).

Are there any easy way in Outlook 2010 to do this?
