Default How to delete a grayed out calendar?

Office '07

Somehow I ended up with 2 calendar folders both of which were called 'Calendar'. I renamed the calendar that I have been using 'Calendar good' (so I could distinguish between the two calendars on the iPhone and disable the unused calendar).

I right clicked the unused calendar in Outlook to delete it but both delete and rename are grayed out--I'm assuming because Outlook considers the calendar that I'm not using as the default?

Is there way without too much involvement to delete this second instance of calendar?

Mark

To get around the problem of deleting a default (blank) calendar I tried to 'copy' my newly renamed 'Calendar good' to Calendar (if that worked then I'm move instead of copy). The ensuing copy folder tree did not have the 2 instances of Calendar, only Calendar good. I figured maybe the second calendar in this view was the parent calendar. When I copied to that location I just ended up with 2 instances of Calendar good?!

The reason that getting my calendar information into the default calendar is that the iPhone calendar, when you add a new appointment, adds it to the second, empty default calendar regardless if I've unchecked that calendar or not on the iPhone.
