Hi,
I was hoping someone could help me with longstanding problem with outlook 2007 where I am getting system administrator undeliverable messages appearing in my personal folder inbox. This doesn't happen all the time but every day on an intermittent basis. Content of one of the messages is below:

From: System Administrator
Sent: 17 March 2015 09:55
To: John Doe
Subject: Undeliverable: SHIPPING DOCS FOR FT4197/FM62710/FS14/61494 (TO Recipient)
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Subject: RE: SHIPPING DOCS (TO Recipient)
Sent: 17/03/2015 09:55
The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:
'Recipient' on 17/03/2015 09:55
451 Requested action aborted: local error in processing

The thing that I find odd is that this is an imap account which shows it's own folder tree (including own independent inbox) but these messages go into the inbox of the personal folders which is not used, it seems that the sent message does not leave outlook but just generates the system administrator message (it doesn't go to the 1and1 server and bounces back to the imap inbox).

I would be grateful if anyone can help me rectify this problem - thanks in advance.
