The styles that display in the style gallery are not the full set of styles available. Even the most simple Word document contains well over 200 built-in styles - but most are hidden from view because they clutter up the display.

You will have to do the Danish translation on the following information but this is how you can show the missing Heading styles in your style gallery.

1. On the Home tab, click the dialog launcher in the Styles group (it is a tiny icon in the bottom right corner of that group on the ribbon.
2. The Styles Pane will appear and you then click on the 'Manage Styles' button down the bottom of that pane. If you hover over the buttons you will see its name (or similar in Danish).
3. In the Manage Styles dialog, Edit tab, find and select the style you wish to show and click the Modify button.
4. There will be a check box in the bottom left corner that says 'Add to the Styles Gallery'
