I added a test for the number if it is smaller then 8 digits and all works well.

I also can use the code to make new forms where name and number are obligatory.

I wanted the file to save as .dotm, so a consultant can ad his advise and after that he can save it as .pdf.
I changed the code (found it on msdn) and all works splendid.
