Default Template that pulls info from Access

Hello,

I am looking at creating a job description that pulls info from possibly an Access Database.

For example.

IF the job title was Engineer then that would in return display the correct Grade and Job responsibilities etc. The template format would remain the same but over time the job titles, grades etc may change.

Is this the best method?
