We just replaced our slow Konica Minolta Bizhub250 with a Xerox 5655.

On the Konica we had it set to print from letter on Tray 3. In word we would Select Page Layout --> Page Setup --> Paper --> Tray 3. That we if we were doing letters we wouldnt have to manually change the Printer Preferences for every letter.

Now on the Xerox Tray 3 is also set up as Letterhead. However, no matter what we try, it will ALWAYS print from Tray 4 letter.

Envelopes from the bypass tray also print upside down, regardless of what Print Setting I choose.

It is almost as though the machine is overwriting all of the options I choose in Word automatically.

Can anyone please help?
