Hi I am using outlook 2010 and I would like to ask a question please

I have set up an event in the outlook calendar of something I have to do in 4 weeks time.

Is it possible the have outlook email me on the day I need to complete this task as a reminder as i9 don't always look at my calendar but a email on the day would remind me
