Is there an easy way to save addresses to the contact list? I always liked the option in Outlook Express to save the sender and any other addressee. I cannot locate such an option in Outlook and my old address book was saved to Windows Live Mail and I haven't been able to import them either.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!
