Let me first apologize if this is a really dumb question, but I CANNOT set up my Outlook email account to successfully receive mail from Gmail. It was working 3 months ago, but I had a computer issue that resulted in reinstalling the OS, and now I can't get the account set up. I believe that I have followed all of the instructions provided by gmail.

I have posted regarding this issue twice already. The first post has had 85 views and no response with advice. The second post has received 36 views and, again, no replies with advice.

Will someone please offer some advice or, at the very least, suggest another site I might go to for help.
