Program opens the first file selected (in an Explorerer session) as read-only or returns a sharing violation or "access denied" message when opening from or saving to a network folder.
Any subsequent files selected open without any problems.

THere was a "hotfix" for this in Win XP, but do not find any relavent answers for Win 7
