Add ages in Excel

How add age in Excel. I have Some people age like 1.24 years, 5 Months, 24 days, 2. 20 years, 6 months, 28 Days, 3. 18 yeas, 6 Months, 12 Days, I want to this age added. How do it in excel? Help me
