Default Creating task lists for individual resources

I'm trying to create task lists for individual team members, so that each individual involved in the project will have a to-do list style document which enables them to easily see what they need to do next. Does Project facilitate this or will I have to do it manually (perhaps take data from the resource usage view and create a list from it)?
