I have set up an Excel spreadsheet for work with a large amount of hyperlinks to different files on the network. The spreadsheet and all of those files are now wanted on a flash drive to bring to various clients. I know that if the spreadsheet or any of the files are moved, then the hyperlinks that I set up are now incorrect and won't point to anything.

Is there an easy way to move all of the files onto a flash drive without setting up new hyperlinks?
