Did you use any eseutil options? You gave not much specific information and it is difficult a little bit to judge about the problem..huh
At first check your database shutdown state - clean or dirty? For this run eseutil /mh command. And according to the result use eseutil /ml or eseutil /r or mazbe another one.
Exchange should find and recover all the problems after clean shutdown, as i remember. Dismount your database and replace your log files to another folder, Exchange must create a new log file. Then you make mount and save backup, i think.
