I have a very large word document that I am trying to figure out how to save a little time with a search feature. There is a certain number pattern that I am looking for (99 99 99) and I can type this pattern into the FIND box and locate all the associated numbers, but the heading for these numbers are about 7 to 8 pages above the numbers. Is there any way to make a search code or feature that will associate the number pattern and then go get the heading information and copy it to the end of the report or to a new report. I know this sounds weird but I can send you a report if you request it so you can see my explanation better. Thanks in advance for any help on this situation.
