There are 5 of us with access (ownership) of a single email address. When an email arrives that requires action we flag it as a task for follow up. When we flag it it shows up in the to do view pane as flagged among all the other persons computers and is also categorized based on when we expect follow up.

The problem comes when that peron or one of the others complete the task they will then change it to "mark complete". In all the other computers the flag has not changed to show that the task was completed. What am I missing?

We are all using Windows 7 with outlook 2007 or 2013. The email address is on an exchange server. Everyone that accesses this email address has ownership.
