Default Help - recover deleted mailbox

Yesterday I moved my website to a new host and therefore the emails too. I did the following.

Backed up the .pst file of the mailbox account.
Created the new mailbox leaving the old one on outlook.
I then manually copied (i.e. dragged the emails from one account to the other) the old emails to the new account.
Waited while the new webmail account synced with Outlook.
When I saw all email from the old account was in the new webmail interface I deleted the old mailbox.
I then realised the new mailbox didn't have the sent items.
I imported the backup and said do not duplicate items.
The new mailbox works fine but I cannot see any of my sent items.

How can I recover the sent items from the old account.

If I can recover the deleted mailbox I will be fine because I manually copied the send items to an old sent items folder.

I realise I'm an idiot for deleting the old mailbox but any help would be massively appreciated,
