I had changed my old pc with Windows 7 to a new one. Of course I made a backup of all the necessary files I have. Reinstalled all programs to the new machine, restored backups...And I unable to open my .dbf files after all. I get an error: missing the support library or something like that. Give me please some clues how to cure it?
