I have two MS Word templates (.dotx). One is a Header page with Logo and Company details , the other a simpler page with no logo etc, which I want to use following the

My question is how to I select the simpler template for page number two onwards.

Also , how do I reselect the page with company logo etc if I want to insert in middle of document ?
