Hello!

I rebuilt my box yesterday and the files i moved over to an external drive are rights protected and I cannot access them now.
I have searched the MS KB with no luck and absolutely must retrieve these docs. I am set as the sys admin.
Please help.....

OS = XP SP3
Office 2007

Error message -

"Word cannot open the document: user does not have access privileges"
