Default Outlook 2013 disabling toast notifications on startup ?
I am using window 8.1 and Office 2013

When I startup Outlook 2013 it disables my notification so they are all greyed out


but if I shut down outlook they are enabled again ?

I want to be able to get the pop up notifications when I receive a new email.

I've tried changing the registry setting for toast push notifications but this get changed by outlook 2013 when it starts please help
