Hmmm, well thanks, no idea what an IF Field is, maybe I'll play with that... what I found is that annoyingly there are two "break" commands, one in the "insert" menu and one in the "page layout" menu... you have to use the one in the page layout menu to get the option for a section break. Once you have created the section break you have to make sure the "link to previous" is unchecked, a step I was unfamiliar with, once that section break is created, the header is selected and the "link to previous" is unchecked, you can eliminate the header information. Very non-intuitive process.
