Default Formula for decimal hours from two date time entries

Hi
Excel 2010

I have column A as time, B as date and Q as duration (decimal hours)
_________A______B_______ Q
row 5 18:54:00 4-Dec-14 are how the time and date appear
row 6 11:17:00 7-Dec-14 64.383 is the duration as decimal hours
row 7 09:14:00 21-Dec-14

The Date and Time cells were formatted in the normal way, i.e its one of the default choices available.

I need a formula for the cell in column Q that looks at this time and date and calculates the duration between the two rows of date and time as decimal hours. In my example duration from row5 to row 6 was 64.383 hrs.

I am currently using three separate online conversion pages to get the result ! There is not one I have found that takes date and time and coughs up the results in decimal hours.

Could someone be so kind as to do that formula please. I can then paste into column Q again and again one above the other.
