Hi,

I have about 1000 contacts in Outlook 2013. I've just installed the Business Contact Manager (BCM). I would like to synchronize my Outlook contacts with BCM.

I set the synchronization settings, but "nothing happened" - no contacts were synchronized into the BCM.

Observation:

1) A contact, that was created in BCM, will synchronized into Outlook Contacts. After that will synchronized in both direction (BCM - > Outlook, Outlook --> BCM)

2) If I move all Outlook Contacts into the BCM, there will synchronized back into Outlook. It seems to be a way for my intention, but I'm afraid, that the "back-synchronized" Contacts in Outlook will get a new identity and all the links to Mails, Appointmentns, ... in Outlook will be removed.

Question: what is the secure way to synchronize existing outlook contacts with BCM ?
