Default Removing 365 University and 365 Home from being on the same email address

Last year I bought my grandson a laptop and Office 365 University. Later last year I built a new computer and installed 8.1 and bought Office 365 Home from Microsoft, also on the same email address as the 365 University. I was hacked from inside Office (advice from Microsoft) and told I should get a new email address. My grandson was not hacked and I should leave the 365 University email alone. Microsoft said I could not have both 365 University and Home on the same email (I did) and that if I canceled the Home to move it to the new email it would also cancel the University (very bad). But, Microsoft said that they (Office Billing help) could remove the Home account, leave the University account alone. Than Microsoft canceled Home from my old account and moved University to my new email account. Microsoft than told me that I could not install Home on my new email account now. The University account is now on an email account not known to my grandson's university and I can not install Home. Any idea what to do? I have killed several hours on the phone with Microsoft Office Billing help (some I could understand and some I could not). With not Office on my home machine, data, email, apps etc. are not available to me.
Thank you, Elmo
