The format you're looking for is

DD MMM YYYY

The pattern behind is simple:
M to show single numbers 1
MM to show numbers 01
MMM to show short form Jan
MMMM to show full name January

Same aplies to days
If the special format section doesn't offer the desired format go to customized formats and type in the desired format.
