I’m trying to use the tracking feature to ensure my mail is actually being delivered. I have selected the appropriate field in Options - I have this on default as I want a read receipt for every message and also tried it without the default and selected “Read receipt” on an adhoc basis. I do get a message back but I don’t see any tracking information within the sent item. It used to work on my system but stopped suddenly.
