Hi

I have a issue here with print word document. Situation as

1) 1 Page document (A4 size) send to printer
2) It will print but a second blank page appear after that ... follow by reprint and jammed.

3) Printer already set to A4 size

4) No problem for printer to print a test page from control panel.

I have tried different document on different laptop and PC to the same printer .... all behave the same way ....

What is wrong with the setting?
