Default Outlook. Cannot initialize shared utilities
I am getting following error when i start outlook 2007.

Can someone help me in solving this problem.

"Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot
initialize Microsoft Office shared utilities. Resart your computer or
reinstall Microsoft Office Outlook"

FYI...
I am using genuine outlook 2007 license...
