Default Help... Any answers?

Hello,

I'm trying to create a email signature file (72ppi gif,or jpeg) externally that my client can place at the bottom of their OL email pages. I don't have or use Outlook Exp myself, but I'm told by my client that when they place the image it keeps coming up big and the edges of letters are fuzzy. They're getting frustrated and so am I. Someone told me that there was an automatic image optimizer in OL EXP that could be automatically enlarging the file thus making it fuzzy because the file wasn't originally meant to be that large. Anyone have any input as to how I can get around this issue so my client is happy?? Any assistance on this would be greatly APPRECIATED!!!!

PS- Will making the file larger then the size it should be equal out the automatic Optimizer???

THANKS IN ADVANCE!!
