All communications appear in communication journal of Business Contact Manager but DO NOT appear in Contact History record.

It seems link is lost! Any suggestions would be appreciated. (Re-installed
Outlook; used repair software, etc. No help! why is link between contact record and History (calendar appointment) lost????
